Pistol Fundamentals Course

In this eight (8) hour course, split between the classroom and range, students learn the universal rules for safe gun handling;  pistol parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; two-handed shooting positions; cleaning firearms, and opportunity for future skill development.  As in all courses, we introduce the importance of such concepts as situational awareness, conflict avoidance and defensive planning.
Also available, Maryland State Handgun Qualification Licence.

Concealed Carry Fundamentals

Prerequisites to take this course include Pistol Fundamentals, NRA Basic Pistol, or equivalent including live fire.

Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals.  Includes The Law of Self Defense in DC.  This  is a 16 hour class, that will start on Saturday and ends on Sunday.  Range time will be discussed on Saturday.
300 rounds of ammunition, holster, gun belt, mag pouch required.

 

Concealed Carry Re-certification

 (4 hours course + range) $240.00

 Concealed Carry Renewal.  Includes The Law of Self Defense in DC.

The Law of Self Defense in the District of Columbia

$90.00

Based upon the Criminal Jury Instructions for self-defense law in Washington, D.C., and including actual case law cited therein, our four hour course meets the requirements for concealed carry license applications.  We cover the basics of self-defense law and theory with all our students.

 

One on One Sessions

We offer individual training, conducted primarily on the range, and tailored to your needs and skill set.  New shooters are welcome, but we encourage novices first to enroll in our Pistol Fundamentals course which provides the most thorough safety training and in-depth education about pistol function and handling.   We also help  armed professionals in need of a pre-qualification "brush-up."  The availability of time will be determined once we communicate.
One hour-long session is $115.00; packages are available as follows:

 2 hours - $190.00; 3 hours - $276.00; 4 hours - $343.00; *5 hours - $400.00*.
